In the event that a grant is awarded, the applicant undertakes to send a permanent link to the electronic version of their dissertation.


The data content of the applications constitutes a register that the Cancer Foundation Finland sr. maintains, retains, and archives. According to the EU’s General Data protection Regulation, you have the right to access your personal data and amend it or delete it or restrict and inhibit its handling. However, deleting data or restricting/inhibiting its use may block awarding the grant or executing its payments.


Requests of this nature should be done in writing by email. Data and documents submitted are used by experts evaluating the grant applications. The grant application web platform is maintained by Rimbert. Information regarding the paid grants is provided to the authorities according to legislation.
